Signal Voice Messaging Terms
Signal Voice by BE Ohio supports private company calling and text messaging for approved company users and authorized business contacts. These terms apply to SMS and MMS messages sent through the Signal Voice business texting program.
Messaging Program
- Program name: Signal Voice by BE Ohio.
- Message type: customer care, scheduling, service coordination, account support, and employee business communications.
- Message frequency varies based on the conversation, service request, or account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
Consent And Opt In
Contacts may opt in through BE Ohio estimates and invoices that include SMS consent language, by texting START to an assigned Signal Voice business number, by starting a text conversation with the business, or by giving documented written or verbal consent to a BE Ohio representative for text communication about estimates, invoices, scheduling, support, or account activity. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Opt Out And Help
Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS/MMS messages from the Signal Voice business number. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out requests are honored by the application and should also be honored in any manual operational workflow.
Privacy
SMS opt-in data and consent records are used only to operate the messaging program, support compliance, and communicate with authorized contacts. SMS opt-in data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing. Carrier-bound message data is shared with the configured telephone carrier only as needed to send, receive, route, and verify messages.
