Account Deletion
Signal Voice users can request account deletion through the Signal Voice administrator assigned to this deployment. The request should include the user's work email address and the company tenant name.
What Gets Deleted
- User profile and access records that are not required for legal, security, audit, or compliance retention.
- Active sessions, activation tokens, and user-scoped API keys.
- Device registrations and softphone session state for the deleted user.
What May Be Retained
Communications records, call recordings, message history, backups, archives, audit events, and compliance records may be retained under the company's retention policy or legal obligations.
